Further innovations in this year's Service University which wrapped up in March. The Ferretti Group worldwide Service Network's technical refresher and training courses were this year even more specific, focusing on the requirements of the individual service points. More thorough, longer and with more in-depth analysis of troubleshooting, the seminars and exercises on onboard monitoring systems, manoeuvring and steerage systems, electrical systems and common after-sales service procedures were conducted, as always, in close collaboration with the Ferretti Group's most important suppliers. As usual, they met with positive reactions from the participants.
Service University confirms our great commitment to creating and developing activities dedicated to constantly improving the service network: the quality and competence of the after-sales technical services offered to our customers is, indeed, a major success factor in satisfying owners of our yachts.
This consolidated training activity fits into a wider vision aimed at offering complementary services to always meet the needs of our customers efficiently and effectively.
