Further innovations in this year's Service University which wrapped up in March. The Ferretti Group worldwide Service Network's technical refresher and training courses were this year even more specific, focusing on the requirements of the individual service points. More thorough, longer and with more in-depth analysis of troubleshooting, the seminars and exercises on onboard monitoring systems, manoeuvring and steerage systems, electrical systems and common after-sales service procedures were conducted, as always, in close collaboration with the Ferretti Group's most important suppliers. As usual, they met with positive reactions from the participants.
