The 2013 edition of the Service University courses dedicated to the after-sales professionals in our worldwide Dealer & Service Network has seen a further evolution in the chosen training methods, confirming the importance of this now-traditional activity.
Indeed, for the first time, the training sessions were organised by geographical area – E.M.E.A., Americas, Asia Pacific – with the aim of addressing the different groups of participants in an even more effective manner, also taking the Group's new organisational structure into account.
In some cases, the courses were organised directly on-the-spot, like in Fort Lauderdale for the USA.
Starting this January, the sessions were divided, as always, into theoretical classroom lessons and practical on-the-job training, run by the engineers and technicians of the Ferretti Group and some of its most important suppliers. With the aid of practical sessions in the shipyards and on board the yachts themselves, fault training simulations were run on specially prepared demo equipment.
