SERVICE UNIVERSITY 2016

The customary session of the Service University was held last winter, once again organised by Ferretti Group’s After Sales & Service Department for its Dealer & Service Network in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Sixty participants came from across Italy and abroad, including Portugal, UAE, Turkey, Greece, Lebanon, Spain and Holland, for the two separate events in February to find out more about some particularly important issues like the new developments in the systems and instruments fitted on board the yachts built by the Group.

Seven courses were held in Sarnico and Milan, with lessons on theory as well as hands-on sessions with visits to the boat yards and simulations of faults using special demos, with the help of 5 suppliers and technical partners of the Group: Saim/Kohler, Besenzoni, Opac Group, Seakeeper, and H+B technics.
